3者通訳サービスを行っています

　平塚市消防本部では、22カ国のことばの通訳サービスを行っています。このサービスは、119番をかけた人と119番を受ける消防士と通訳センターが一緒にお話しできます。

　このサービスで、日本語を話すことができない外国人からの119番を、よりわかりやすく、より速く対応できるようになります。

　また、119番だけでなく、救急隊が来た後も、電話を順番に渡し合い、通訳センターに通訳をお願いすることができます。

Hiratsuka City Fire Department Headquarters provides language interpretation services for 22 countries through its telephone interpretation center.
With the three-way simultaneously interpretation service, 3 people ,the emergency caller, the staff of fire control center and the person in charge of the interpreter center can talk at the same time.

And so we can respond more appropriately and quickly to emergency calls from foreigners who cannot speak Japanese.

In addition to an emergency call, after the ambulance has arrived, the ambulance crew can hand over the mobile phone to the foreign caller, the foreign patient, or the foreign patient-related person and ask the interpreter center for interpretation.
